Anyone wanting to move more quickly towards carbon neutrality, but does not include nuclear energy in their plan, is pushing ideological talking points instead of urgently pursuing that necessary goal. Wind and solar energy alone will not get us there quickly enough.

Everything unchecked is not good. There is scientific disagreement on the cause of rising temperatures and attribution. Likewise, an overwhelming vilification of CO2 that fuels a rush to concerning political solutions. Alarmism is not constructive to reasonable conversation.

I agree on plant food & warming potential, but I'm adding that 1) most plants evolved under higher CO2 levels and grow better with more CO2 which increases a)greening b)agr. productivity. 2) T(CO2) is logarithmic = warming potential is too limited to ever be a problem. Physics.

We are not scientists. Would you agree most scientists in the field agree that CO2 will increase temperatures to dangerous levels if unchecked? I will agree that there is always someone on the opposite side of every science argument.

It’s another sign of our rapidly balkanizing society. Blindness to opposing science.

I'm not a scientist. Wouldn't mean anything to me. All we'd know is that most scientists say CO2 causes warming and some are not so sure.

Except C02 emissions are leveling off. The newest IPCC report says not much happening that can be attributed to climate change. They use the worst case scenario and still not much is happening.
