Wouldn't an acquittal be better than dismissal?

A dismissal is a judicial act that states that the case has no merit at all so it should not proceed further. An acquittal means the prosecution hasn’t met the burden of proof but the case had enough merit to finish, at least.

I can live with that, though I would have liked to have seen Dems forced to testify in the Senate. Just the newly crafted "Schiff/Nadler" Rule being followed, right? Dems don't think things through very well: Biden Rule. Nuclear Option.
