He's right. Economics assumes that people are atomized, "rational" economic actors, but that's not how humans behave or relate to each other.

Thanks but nah: Studied Econ, worked on Wall St & in banking. Anyone who studies econ and works in those fields knows that the Econ that’s taught is ideological and often very wrong. In any case, Econ doesn’t teach much critical thinking. Philo’s much better.
