Same time frame for me, I worked for women who never promoted men. Had to transfer from San Fran to Atlanta to get promoted. A relative entered the banking industry in the same time frame, rose to a President title very quickly. She does work hard.

I mean, the fair thing to undo the effects of segregation would have been to prop up disadvantaged segregated communities, instead of forcing people to emigrate out of them and forcing white people to promote their immigration.
