Scott, Scott, Scott... Free Will is not exercised in a vacuum. Even computers decide based upon inputs from emotional, flawed humans (think of a search engine). Only calculators decide flawlessly.

If a person decides something based on their biological chemical processes or what not, how is that not the person deciding? If you hit my knee with a hammer and it kicks by reflex, that reflex is still my decision because my knee is part of me.
