since the campaign, EVERY news story has been "President Trumpers...appears to say, seems to suggest, alludes to, implies that, is said to endorse, could be saying, says similar things as, could be endorsing," the entire dem press and politics has been mind reading

Since Trump won't let anyone with DIRECT contact with him testify, or comply with congressional subpoenas, these witnesses represent the best available evidence. Also, circumstantial evidence is even more accurate than eye witnesses in criminal cases.

yeah, here's the deal, the PResident has Executive Privilege. That privilege is HIS, not his aide's. Besides, you don't go say "What rule did you break" you bring evidence the rules were broken. not assumptions based on mind reading and tarot cards

What on earth are you talking about? This is the "impeachment," not the trial. They are presenting circumstantial evidence. Further, criminal rules do not apply. The president, himself, presented the best evidence of an abuse of power.

If he uses his leverage in ways the U.S. public wants -- and we do want to know about Biden+Burisma -- and it is also great for him personally (it is), that's called "doing his job." "Abuse of power" is making us think past the sale. Good persuasion play, but less than ethical.

No, he can't. You can't ask a foreign government to investigate a US citizen. Further, you can't withhold congressionally approved funds when the conditions for payment were certified as met BY YOUR OWN PEOPLE. I think you're forgetting that we elect Congress as a "check."

"Can't" is not a reason. Do you have any reasons?

I would be okay with any of those things. I don't judge my plumber's personal life either.
