It does. And I agree with that assessment. I'm skeptical of claims incipient catastrophe. And this article seems to support that. Means we have plenty of runway to switch to nuclear.
Realistically, it will take some time to get the public on board with NP as well as making it affordable. Most of the pushback I am seeing right now is cost, not so much the safety factor. A weak case. "Global average temperature" is a myth. The methods used to convert hard measurements into this mythological number (f(t)), are based on many unwarranted assumptions. "Averaging" air temp over water, sand/stone, grass, forest, ice, etc. is like apples and oranges.
And pears, limes, watermelons, coconuts, etc.
