Yeah, they need to codify that once and for all.

“Invest in underserved communities” doesn’t do a lot to persuade me considering prior record.
-
I agree. "underserved communities" usually means they are controlled by corrupt community leaders and/or with the knowledge of certain govt entities. In other words, corrupt and neglected. In Canada, some communities, after water purification systems were installed. SHOCKING!

As long as people understand that it's not a free for all, turn your apartment into a grow house and still sell it on the street thing. Even in "legal" states, that's still a crime.

Canada has a 4 per house hold limit, seems to work fine...

I'm not even for "decriminalization" and regulation the way they are doing in some states. Regulate and tax, etc. Just make it legal. It's a plant. Why do I owe the government money for a plant?

Not much of an argument from me on the first two points but anytime a bill generically wants to "invest in underserved communities" I see an excuse to drop into a unaccountable bureaucratic black hole. Or to enrich cronies. Or both.

As a non pot-smoker alcohol being legal, which is involved in approximately 50% of violent crimes, while weed is illegal is absolutely hilarious.
