However, the word "hoax" instantly alienated a huge part of the voting public, e.g. most scientists. Imagine what solutions Trump could be initiating (e.g. nuclear technology) if he had used a better term, avoid the CC controversy altogether and pushed GenIV nuke publically.

His administration is aggressively pushing new nuclear power technologies via the Energy Department. That gets too little attention. I also consider it a failure that he is not vigorously pushing nuclear to the public. I have been working on fixing that.

Democrats are bad implementers (for the most part), alas. They don't seem to have that systems approach to solving problems, only the goals matter, as you have pointed out as the main difference between conservatives and liberals. That's why we need an uniter of both parties.
