re: sports -- The only thing I hope that comes out of these discussions is that liberals who push for these policies may come to realize how it affects their own lives/kids' lives, and make future voting decisions based upon that.

Voting seems fair. Let's have the athletes vote. First the press can brutalize them about how bigoted they are, then when they're sufficiently cowed we'll have the vote. The vote will fail because fairness is real to almost everyone and is a big reason we have rules.

I like this but huge flaw: if fairness is not an objective standard, then you're building your house on moral relativistic stand. No argument holds if you hold every idea equal.
