Yes, but transgender rights must not be allowed to impact adversely on women’s rights... as in sport etc. Otherwise it will simply promote further inequality.https://twitter.com/SenSanders/status/1181561367716716544 …

If the Supreme Court wants to be on the right side of history, it must recognize that transgender people are entitled to the same civil and human rights as everybody else. Period. https://www.teenvogue.com/story/supreme-court-transgender-employment-discrimination-case-aimee-stephens-op-ed …

Should bad male athletes also have sports rights? They also don’t get to play competitive sports. Don’t make the team.

The genetic advantage in an athletic sense of being born male creates an Unfair advantage for male born athletes who transition to female especially if transition is post puberty, don’t agree look at this, elite female athletes losing easily to 14yr oldshttps://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.sportingnews.com/au/amp/football/news/matildas-lose-to-u15s-mls-side-colorado-rapids/kf9qrfc1owda1xmo8orcpjkux …

I actually think your the only one that knows your point. What exactly is it? No one else here seems to get it. Bad athletes do have rights they compete against other bad athletes , therefore the solution seems simple M to F transitions compete vs other M to F athletes lol

What is simpler or more fair than letting everyone compete at the level they can achieve, regardless of gender? The problem comes when you separate sports by gender in the first place.

Yeah no wonder no one understood it, it is ridiculous. If this was the case say goodbye to female athletes at the top level of any sport. The reason it’s separated is due to the genetic advantage athletically for males. The same reason there is age groups.

There would still be top female athletes, just like now. The market would adjust. Serena’s matches would still be televised no matter who she plays.

Markets adjust. The best team with women on it would become a big ticket item.

No it wouldnt. As a woman watching it wouldnt be nice because it would suggest that women or only good enough to compete against mediocre males. Males and females are not the same. Males arent running faster than women because they are better, but because they are different.
