Yes, but transgender rights must not be allowed to impact adversely on women’s rights... as in sport etc. Otherwise it will simply promote further inequality.https://twitter.com/SenSanders/status/1181561367716716544 …

If the Supreme Court wants to be on the right side of history, it must recognize that transgender people are entitled to the same civil and human rights as everybody else. Period. https://www.teenvogue.com/story/supreme-court-transgender-employment-discrimination-case-aimee-stephens-op-ed …

Should bad male athletes also have sports rights? They also don’t get to play competitive sports. Don’t make the team.

Sorry Scott. Skills, gender and muscle mass are at issue. Tennis: male#1 will beat female #1. Male #100 will beat female #100. Bad male athletes will likely beat bad female athletes. Transgender vs women is flat out unfair. Maybe the solution is to hv a transgender division.

Karsten Braasch, ranked #203, took on Venus AND Serena William, one right after the other. He started the day with a round of golf and a few beers. He beat both handily. This was 20 years ago when the sisters were at the very top of their game.

Irrelevant to my point. There will always be better and worse players no matter how you separate by gender.

The only ones that will reach the top league if we separated all players into leagues by skill would be men and transgendered women. I don’t think women are going to like that solution.

Unless one has an agenda, separating men and women's sports, but still allowing women to compete in a men's division, is something everyone agrees on.
