You would need too many levels for men before the women could participate. There would be no professional women athletes unless you had twenty-five leagues of each sport. No college women athletes either. Don’t be obtuse.

The division has to be something the athlete can’t change about themselves otherwise there’s no point in having it. So what variable do you suggest ? For any variable - height, leg length, weight - anything... men will always dominate women. It’s intrinsically unfair.
