The economics now favor leaving, as the benefits were illusory. You have to factor in stolen IP, trade abuse, reputation of the company doing business there, etc. Then factor in the benefit to immigration on our end.

India is probably better than Central America. Central America is just too small too crime-ridden you have to bribe someone probably to set up a factory somewhere. And they have crappy ports. So the volume of stuff you can get out of there is minimal.
