You know, you don’t get to a jury if your case gets dismissed on the pleadings, and that’s assuming you’d convince an attorney it’s not frivolous to bring in the first place.

There's probably no shortage of attorneys willing to take Scott's money. Caselaw is solid enough that you could represent yourself against him easily (special motion to dismiss) and then SLAPPback to get a good chunk of Scott's money for your trouble.
