After they published a *sex tape* to humiliate a guy. You got something you want to share with the class, Scott?
-
Seriously Scott, think about it this way: Can Louis Farrakhan, infamous black nationalist successfully sue for defamation because someone in Twitter compared to you, infamous swarmy white dude who forgot his character Dogbert was the bad guy?

Scott, we saw what the guy said. It wasn't defamation anywhere. It's classic opinion and hyperbole, entirely nondefamatory. But if you want to invite his lawyers to dissect your life with blunt instruments, by all means go for it.
-
It was clearly defamatory. Whether or not it's actionable under the law, I don't know.

Remember the time you joined Metafilter under a sock puppet account called “PlannedChaos” to talk about what a genius you were, and got called out *immediately*? I do! https://www.metafilter.com/102472/How-to-Get-a-Real-Education-by-Scott-Adams#3637648 …

I tell that story a surprising amount.

Remind me, what was liability ultimately found on? Invision of privacy? IIED?
