Anyone out there have any ACTUAL solutions for insomnia (as far as STAYING asleep)? Say melatonin or warm milk and I'll wipe out your bloodline.

Scott, I'm a bit perplexed. You excoriate the use of spirits (alcohol) which in vino form has many health benefits. Yet you seem to think cannabis is quite OK. Just curious .....

Apparently the indica/sativa thing is part urban myth ( I know we all believed it on the old weedbase boards around 1999), part marketing. THC/CBD split is actually more a function of when harvested (tho products labelled "indica" may be harvested later for that very reason).pic.twitter.com/Ye6xBZ2txu
