Let me draw your idea out so you can see how we already have that system in place. In banking and insurance, if you get into an accident or default on a loan, your score goes down and insurance goes up. If you commit a gun crime, you can't get a gun at all anymore which is worse

Yep, that's really the bottom line, the screws are already super tight. When someone steals 20 million dollars - it might be a local newspaper story. But when someone decides to misuse a gun around crowd of people - thats a big story (tragedy). Credit score that!
