          Only do 9 reps per muscle group. Pick a weight that you can barely do 15 of. This gives 95% of muscle maintenance that 3 sets of 10 does. Muscle is what chews up calories when you are on the couch 🛋...

          When you hit 40 you start losing muscle🤔. When you hit 50 you really start losing muscle😮😢. 9 reps in 9 major muscle groups 2-3 times a week is a fast easy way to save your muscle‼️ And don’t forget neck and low back paraspinal muscles 💪 🤔‼️

          Have a podcast or YouTube you like listening to regularly playing in the background. You'll forget you're working out. One I like: Coffee With Scott Adams. For whatever reason, hearing a human voice is more sustaining than listening to music.
