If Donald Trump wants to win any part of the majority that voted against him in 2016, he's going to have to tact to the center with higher taxes on the rich and an expansive public health care program.https://nyti.ms/2FY9Fmw

You apparently don't get it on Trump and Charlottesville. As
@ScottAdamsSays, Trump condemned racist demontrators. Also, to the claim that most, if not all, Trump supporters are racist: What about voters who voted for@HillaryClinton in 2016 who vote for@realDonaldTrump in 2020?84 replies 13 retweets 156 likes -

Dude, you really trying to minimize Trump’s comments after Charlottesville? What he said was clear and it was detestable. Period.

Your fake news told you he said they were fine people? See for yourself in the transcript how you were duped by the deceptive edit. Read to the bottom.pic.twitter.com/3RFknZXYwv

This is absurdly easy to disprove, traditional Confederate groups (which are also vile) wanted nothing to do Spencer... https://www.nbc29.com/story/35441821/sons-of-confederate-veterans-issues-statement-on-lee-park-protest …

It was an alt-right, neo-nazi rally. Period. To try and recast this as a normal protest where a few of these bad characters showed up is patently false. It was known for months that Unite the Right was running it. What does that say about people who then go??

That is irrelevant to the "fine people" hoax. Trump described his assumptions and spoke to them. No one knows exactly who was there. I've spoken to some free speech attendees who disavow all racism. So did the NYTs. Did you interview all the attendees and get a different result?

Its not a hoax, we know who was there, and Trump decided to call them “very fine people” and expose exactly how he saw them...

No one knows who was there in any detail. Personally, I've spoken with two attendees who were pro-statue and also disavow all forms of racism. And several similar have tweeted at me. They all assumed it would be a diverse crowd, and evidently they were right.
