Okay. Well I am not in favor of the death penalty philosophically as a “penalty” leaning on a sort of virtue ethic framework. But I obviously know death has to be imposed in certain situations (I literally have a podcast about moral dilemmas).

But I would not even entertain the death penalty for something like a street assault. Severe sentence? Sure. Rehabilitation? Even better. Let’s talk. But death penalty? this should be only reserved for (near)impossible-rehabilitation situations.
