Doesn’t apply to abortion - the (all male) Supreme Court forced this on the states in 1973. Unless you mean recent laws passed in Georgia, Missouri, etc.

My view is that men decrease the credibility of whatever is decided, and when the issue is this divisive, with half the country hating whatever the law becomes, you need maximum credibility to hold society together.
