That's not what I said; I'm postulating whether being pro-gun could be a proxy for an underlying belief in climate change, which would make pro-gun people out as more rational than I had previously considered, esp. if they turn out to be climate alarmists.

If true, this would seem to imply that an effective marketing strategy for gun manufacturers would be to fund ominous climate studies, since this would result in the sale of more guns.
