Can someone report this hate group to the SPLC? They are spreading the “fine people” race hoax that has been debunked by every major news platform. Context: https://bit.ly/2vwqxLD https://twitter.com/splcenter/status/1129824054935007233 …

Pres. Trump cut resources to fight domestic terrorism, and he called the white nationalists who gathered in Charlottesville "very fine people." One of them killed Heather Heyer. Her mother now advocates for "more aggressive federal action " against hate. https://wapo.st/2LQbYNW

It’s that rag versus WSJ, NY Times, CNN, and every other major news source that debunked it in the past month. (I also spoke to attendees.) pure hoax.

I'm still waiting on the articles from the past month at those fake news sites that debunk the fake @realDonaldTrump Charlottesville Nazi march commentary. Give me the research, Scott. Some of your attendee interviews and dms and such.

Same quotes are in the Bulwark story I posted earlier which you were dismissive about. Except you leave out the key bit where @realDonaldTrump says these mystery fine people had a permit. Who is that? And why should I have to google anything? You have the research. Share.pic.twitter.com/TLjw89g24p

I talked to two of them. They are free speech advocates (both Jewish, by the way) who were not supporting Lee or neo-Nazis, but were supporting the right of the statue to be there. Neither understood it was organized by neo-Nazis until later. I heard that from others as well.

Nice anecdote. To sum up: @nytimes has one person and you spoke to two specifically and others who were with this group of protestors quietly, legally protesting with a permit in Charlottesville. (None of whom wish to be on camera or interviewed elsewhere). Is that right?

Don’t assume that any of the free speech supporters actually matched with the Nazis, because they didn’t. They did their own thing at the event, because they showed up for their own reasons.
