This is a technique of the GOP, to take dry humor + sarcasm literally and “fact check” it. To be clear, which statement are you defending as hyperbole? The original "12 years" claim or the "sarcasm and dry humor" one which is the actual point of this thread? Because I think one's hyperbole and one's a lie.
