I'm providing @ScottAdamsSays with lots of valuable information about climate. Unfortunate that he isn't taking advantage of it.

That's because you lost all credibility by imagining nefarious intentions where there is nothing like that in evidence. The Climategate emails that you believe prove intention are where you lost me entirely.

Of course Scott. They are "accidentally" using 50% fake data to turn cooling into warming. No nefarious intent. https://realclimatescience.com/2019/04/understanding-noaa-us-temperature-fraud-2/ …pic.twitter.com/OA3CBeRPUp

Thousands of scientists across the world are all "in on it"? If you hypothesized they were wrong or suffering from confirmation bias, I could take it seriously. But when you go full-tin-hat, everything else you say turns to dust.

Straw man argument. The temperature record is handled by a small handful of people, perhaps a dozen. Would you also argue that "thousands of FBI agents" couldn't have conspired against President Trump? All it takes is for a few key people to misbehave.

Actually, I make that same argument in my upcoming book as a reason to not trust peer review to catch temperature data errors. But it would still be unlikely for a dozen people (per proxy) in different parts of the globe to all be in on this alleged con.

Another straw man argument. If you look at the poor coverage and history of how the global temperature record has been altered over time, there is no question that the small groups of people have colluded to produce the same results. https://realclimatescience.com/overwhelming-evidence-of-collusion/ …

You keep conflating "altered" with "colluded" to turn nothing into something. That's the tin-foil-hat part. You can't get past it.

Do you actually believe these people are not motivated to create graphs which show more warming? Their profession is based around rewards for those who promote warming, and punishment for those who don't.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eK6pYLhcJx4 …

I believe incentives cause bias. Incentives can even cause conspiracies. But the latter is not in evidence.

Given the extremely poor coverage of historical global temperatures, and wildly disparate history of global temperature graphs, the current agreement between different graphs is a smoking gun of collusion, Conspiracy is your word - don't try to pin it on me.

Temperatures over the last forty years are up, but it is a relatively small amount. Clearly it exists, but may/may not be higher temperatures than were present in the 1940's. Current instruments can't measure the history of large parts of the world.pic.twitter.com/8Uv6qGszGp

It seems a strange coincidence that they are all acting in unison - without any coordination. Eventually Occam's Razor must be applied - that there is communication with intent to maintain the coordination.

It is mostly group think and institutional bias, IMO, but there are clearly a few bad actors adjusting records and fiddling with models to fit a preconceived view of the climate.

"Noble Cause Corruption" can be a powerful motivation. I don't think you can ignore the possibility that a small group of ppl, who seem to honestly believe that they are saving the planet, cut a few corners.
