It isn't about being nice. It is about how best to organize society, which is important, versus how best to organize sports, which are trivial and mostly about losing anyway. At some point you will realize your arguments would have kept black athletes from playing in the NBA.

The argument in question is that one's genetic makeup gives one an unfair advantage. But that's simply a description of all sports. We don't ban tall people from playing basketball because they are too good at it.
