@ScottAdamsSays fails to impress on this issue. "It doesn't matter what the rules are as long as they are the same for everyone." and "sports is inherently unfair, so forget about fairness" are both gross oversimplifications. I declare @ScottAdamsSays periscope "word-salad".
The argument in question is that one's genetic makeup gives one an unfair advantage. But that's simply a description of all sports. We don't ban tall people from playing basketball because they are too good at it.

Asking an honest question. What are the current rules for a high school girl athlete that is known to have used testosterone and Human Growth hormone for 4 years prior to joining a sport?

Rules can change. We accept natural genetic, dietary and training advantages already. If women want to change the rules for their competitions, why prevent them? Why make it a problem for men? Adding my grain of salt just distracts from the argument that women need to solve.

Humans make the rules and we can change them for any reason we like. We can also make exceptions anywhere we like.

The illusion of fairness in sports is real. The actual fairness isn't. Sports are mostly about humiliating the people who are not good at sports. You're arguing that shitting on a pile of shit makes the under-shit smell bad. You can't make sports less fair then they already are.

Then why have men's/women's distinctions at all in sports? Why bother having different weight classes in combative sports?

You conflated tall with good. It’s OK to not like sports....or music.
