If you find yourself blaming President Trump for almost-sort-of-maybe intending to obstruct a witch hunt, you have a mental health crisis, not a political opinion. #MuellersReport

1. It was never a witch hunt. 2. The President didn't "almost-sort-of-maybe intend" to obstruct. He made repeated, deliberate efforts to do so, and failed only because no one else would go along with it. 3. Mental Health Crises are real, your ability to diagnose them is not.

I have, been reading it for a while. Were there legitimate crimes and convictions? Yes. Did it establish the President made repeated attempts to obstruct justice? Yes. Did those attempts fail because his efforts were ignored/not followed? Yes. /1

"Did those attempts fail because his efforts were ignored/not followed?" Curious how u think this works. In ur fantasy, Trump was going to "obstruct justice" & when some underling didn't follow-thru he just left it alone and there were no repercussions & he forgot about it?

Or just refused outright. That's what's described in the report, yeah.

You didn't read the report, or you didn't understand it if you did.

"The President's efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests."

Now use your brain, dingbat. Someone fails to "carry out or accede to his requests." And then what happens? Nothing. The person isn't fired. The president doesn't take action into his own hands. How do you reconcile that with some "tyrant" GENUINELY obstructing justice?

I reconcile it by pointing out that it is possible to be both corrupt and inept at the same time. Also worth pointing out that he fired at least two people involved (Comey, Sessions) and others left (McGahn, Lewandowski).

He would have colluded if he had not been so inept?
