None of that is an obligation, it's a pledge of an undetermined amount to no one in particular. That was a remark by India that being the lowest developed with the most population and pending GDP growth that the target would only be reachable pending financial help.

its naive and foolish to suggest that the real agenda is not massive global wealth redistribution
Do you have a source for that conspiracy theory?
They are quite open about their intentions. https://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/climate-change-scare-tool-to-destroy-capitalism/ …pic.twitter.com/3wVXBkfTjY
They have been Completely open about telling us their intentions for 30 years , but I’m a conspiracy nut and paranoid because because I finally believe them at their word?
Before the Holocaust, the NAZI's were very open about their intentions. Millions of German Jews refused to believe, and died as a result. The rest of the world refused to believe too, until photographs emerged from concentration camps in 1945.
I accept your surrender. (If you need a Hitler analogy to make your case, you are surrendering. Those are the rules!)
Here is the actual rule: "Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it." - George Santayana Millions of my people died in the Holocaust. I have studied the history of 1930s Germany extensively. They were warned, and didn't listen.
I have a chapter in my new book about how the "history repeats" idea is dangerous and wrong. Human nature stays the same, but history doesn't repeat. That is an illusion caused by not noticing all the times it DOESN'T repeat.
No matter how many times communism has failed, the same mistakes have been repeated over and over again. Human nature doesn't change.
Not sure where communism comes into the picture. We just need a coordinated approach to solve what is becoming an increasing worldwide problem - warming of the planet principally driven by excess CO2 emissions. Our borders are in crisis and so is coral reefs, etc.
