I’m still waiting for the explanation of what caused the spike in warming in the early 20th century since it can’t be blamed on CO2 since that was before man caused a marked increase pic.twitter.com/bcslOnprVm

And illogical. Co2 causes warming. That is not logically equivalent to claiming that all warming can only be caused by co2.

No such claim is made. The claim is that only CO2 explains recent warming because the other factors are stable.

I feel as if you are intentionally misinterpreting me. There are many variables to temperature but scientists say the only MAJOR one THAT IS CHANGING with temperature LATELY is CO2.

Your reliance on the current crop of climate scientists is what is causing you so much grief. Maybe if you had experienced science research firsthand you would understand. Don't know how you get around this lack of experience.

Any scientist that says CO2 is the only variable major variable changing right now is nothing more than a politician. Climate science is dragging us back to the Dark Ages. They cannot know that for a fact!!!

I'm sorry, Steven, but that does NOT show that CH4 or the others were changing during the early 20th century ... which was the question, NOT whether they have changed recently. w.

Methane( 30x as warming as CO2), Nitrous oxide(300x worse that CO2), Ozone, Chlorofluorocarbons &Hydrofluorocarbons all contribute to Climate Change. CO2 is 80% by volume but the other are have greater effects.

And the reason we talk more about co2 is to keep the explanation simple and because over the long time co2 is more important.
