What is the purpose of bullying bullies beyond enjoying bullying bullies? It doesn’t change the world to be a better place because at the end of the day we have two ineffective bullies instead of one.

What about the police or the army? Don't the bullies they go after blame THEM for being bullies? Hence, could it not be argued that people protecting us are exactly the type of "bullies bullying bullies", yet there is a consensus we need them?
