Not in NY State. A physician is allowed to deny care to an infant.

Not true. If the child is nonviable then they can help put the infant out of the suffering it would face during life.

FFS, doesn’t anybody have the ability to read between the lines? Because you don’t, little sheepie.

Murder is not “between the lines.” Murder is already illegal in all 50 states. If allowing a non-viable infant to pass naturally is murder, then every person who has died naturally in NYS is guilty of murder. You need to work on your logic, because it’s flawed.

No, loser. Any newborn baby will die without care given to it. I would appeal to your logic, but you are clearly too stupid to have any, as well as having been poisoned by inhumane leftism. Enjoy your death cult, ghoul.

Grandma in hospice care would die without care too. You have departed reason. But at least it solved the mystery.

Grandma in hospice has a living will that she signed on her OWN ACCORD to die peacefully. A baby killed doesn’t get that choice. Good Lord Scott you just proved you’re the one with no reason

Adults make medical and hospice decisions for children of all ages. Do you let your toddler decide on her own medical care?

No, and you certainly don’t let newborns decide to kill themselves by exposure, and abortionists shouldn’t be given that power either. People think, rightly so, that Gosnell was a monster for snipping the spinal cords of newborns, but withholding medical treatment is a worse evil
