Disagreed with you almost entirely but enjoyed the discussion anyway. Glad you are engaging ppl on these issues. I do argue with your definition of “live” & suggest you change wording to “born”? The real (much larger) issue is late term pain capability, not post-birth decisions.

I disagreed with your use of the term “live babies.” Perhaps you make a distinction between a full term “fetus” and a “baby”? The distinction is certainly blurred in the case of a preemie. I don’t think we can argue that the fetus is not alive at any point before an abortion?

I’ve read many stories from former abortion providers of quiet cover-ups. It would be strange to suddenly try to save a life that you just unsuccessfully attempted to end, so it makes sense. That life would be evidence of your medical failure and a big logistical problem...

...The thing is that Scott is saying that this is already illegal- which it is. The question is whether it is happening anyway? If it can be proven that this happens, perhaps someone needs to be prosecuted under normal murder laws?
