Making an upset that much more exciting!
Everyone understands the majority opinion: It's unfair to people born as women. I simply note that all sports are unfair. You always have more losers than winners and rarely does the bad athlete prevail. This is just more of that.

Well ok, but advocating for the destruction of the entire model is a poor opinion, in my opinion. Life is unfair, so we level the playing field in all things - sports included; as much as is practical, and useful. Categories are created for a reason and purpose.

I'm advocating keeping things the same, letting women and men have different leagues. Simple.

Well, certainly isn't my premise. I must be in the "minority opinion". I don't think it's unfair, nor do I think all humans are competing in all sports. And I definitely don't think being born female is unfair. Life would suck if I thought that! Athletes practice and many achieve

I think I get it. Arguing the fairness of trans athletes competing in sports is pointless because sports by their very nature are unfair. There are perfectly good reasons to oppose, but fairness isn't one of them. Is that your stance?

it may be his stance, but I've never thought of sports as unfair. I consider that a flawed premise. trans competing with nontrans is unfair, but not sports themselves. you get in a zone, you don't have defeatist thoughts like that as an athlete. trans really need their own sports
