It certainly hasn't been debunked, and especially not by that trump connected propaganda article on Breitbart. The strongest defense that one could make is that there was ambiguity about exactly which people he was referring to on each side of the debate.

if you watch the full 4 minute unedited video, I would argue it's even worse than whatever characterization Chris Cuomo did via edit according to Breitbart. Adding context actually makes it worse here
