Yes. They probably don't have any kits in stock, but we can order enough Candu reactors, so that Canada can't justify a production run. We could even let the Blight Authority use them!

Scott, Correction. It's more accurate to say, that CANDU reactors, have evolved through the various generations, beginning in the 1950's. Most in operation now are gen II to gen III, but Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL) is continually improving CANDU.
