I have been thinking about starting meetings where I present with a subtle persuasion tool.
Looking to basically mimic
@ScottAdamsSays' "Simultaneous sip," for unity and pacing.
Anyone have ideas? This is for an important project I am pitching, so thanks in advance!

My presentations are already legendary. When I do that they will come with the benefit of improved hygiene for all. Win-win

Scott. I challenge you to read Stephen Meyers “Signature in the Cell”. It will change you.

The ppl with bad breath might take offense, but the ppl sitting next to them will love you.

I decided on a derivative of your simultaneous sip - a simultaneous 'cheers,' where everyone gives a cheers the people they are sitting next to...I think it is brilliant because cheers-ing is fun + shows camaraderie
