The altered data fits the theory. The measured data goes opposite the theory. Night and day difference between those two concepts.

Are ocean temperature measurements "tampered"?

I don't know much about ocean temperatures, but Phil Jones at CRU said the historical ocean data was "largely made up." NASA did not even attempt to calculate pre-1950 ocean temperatures until about 15 years ago. https://realclimatescience.com/overwhelming-evidence-of-collusion/ …pic.twitter.com/I6NDnaotmp

Meaning we do have ocean temperatures since 1950, which is all we need, and those are better than land measurements because 90% of alleged CO2 heat goes into oceans.

Only about 25% of CO2 from human emissions goes into the ocean.pic.twitter.com/XlMiQhlakH

The climate claim is that 90% of warming goes into oceans, not 90% of CO2.

Which, if true, is a good thing. The properties of water make it able to absorb heat without increasing much in temperature. So if it really is absorbing 90% of warming, & it's only absorbing 25% of total human emissions, isn't it acting as a natural air conditioning system?

Based on my vast scientific knowledge, I'll say water is wet. I can't go further.
