@ScottAdamsSays when discussing "the wall" says we need engineers. However, when discussing economics and politics he regularly ignores the "engineers." Proposing economically illiterate policies is not harmless. There are serious risks to proposing impossible ideas.

I'm not talking about your opinion. I'm talking about statements / positions. You definitely on occasion make reference to specific solutions rather than merely describing problems or generic needs.

Saying you like the idea of fast trains, less air travel, is a specific solution. The Green New Deal proposed specific solutions rather than proposing problems and inviting SMEs to look into it (which happens anyway in the market).
