@ScottAdamsSays Your analysis of what "mental health" means is incorrect. The text of the bill clearly distinguishes "physical" (i.e. brain) and "mental" health. Later it speaks of those "who pose a risk of harm to themselves or others due to mental illness." Please get it right

"Obviously"? I think you are "mindreading" the language of the bill, which says nothing about brain damage. The bill uses "mental health" in the normal context of that language. Do you have any evidence it only holds the narrow meaning you are providing?
