Inadvertently, I’ve discovered that some of my followers believe there is no “Open Borders” movement. They believe no one has proposed Open Borders. I just don’t know what to make of this. Does the WSJ not exist?? Do search engines live in my imagination?? Anyone? A little help.

I'm a skeptic that open borders people exist in numbers beyond the flat earthers. I suspect people have their own definitions of what it means.

Hi Scott, I’m lost. I see no parallel with flat earthers. My standard reply to laundry list persuasion is the same. What is your one strongest link/article supporting your point? If it looks solid, I accept your position.

This isn’t a laundry list of arguments. It’s a list of articles from major publications pushing for open borders. Also check the UN migration pact and the debate around that.

The list was a strange response. I'm not even sure what it was supposed to mean. Some kind of snapshot or average? There could be a lot of muddy definitions in this discussion but little actual disagreement.

I generally hear you on laundry list persuasion; but in this case, you are asserting that Open Borders advocates don't exist in numbers. A single link (even from a prominent publication / author) might not falsify that, as it could be dismissed as a one-off. So he posted several.

Laundry list persuasion? Hadn’t heard that one. You may want to rethink the boundaries of your “persuasion” argument. My standard reply to someone making a falsifiable claim is to civilly falsify it. So we may be at an impasse here. Something is way off on this one. Be well.

Not all laundry list are created equal, these are established news sources, read and trusted by tens of thousands of people. I have to question your methodology if you won't accept a mountain of evidence because they didn't show you a molehill.

You said you were a skeptic about numbers. Eric produced big numbers of pro open border articles. He persuaded me!
