Depends on how much time is on your x axis. For short time, it's real but so what. For long time, it's an artifact of recent data capturing noise and old reconstructed data averaging it out.

Does it bother you that the majority of experts in this field disagree with you?

A bit, however, this is not like other academic fields which grew out of nothing organically. The field largely grew up around funding which had an interest in one particular outcome. Effectively, the field sorts for a particular view.

Government funding is far more toxic than corporation or special interest funding because governments are, by definition, monopolies. Corporations must produce a product and make a profit selling it while competing with other corporations. No competition for governance.

What type of person wants to become an "expert" on manmade global warming? My guess would be someone who really believes our CO2 is dangerous and wants to save the world. Another word for it would be "zealot".

Define „scientist“. My guess is that the vast majority will say: „Personally I don’t know but I have no reason to distrust my colleagues who worked on this.“

Absolutely. There is an issue, however, where I'm not sure how many 'experts' really understand the full picture. Ie how many have the aptitude to independently verify statistical method, as well as the physics modelling & understanding of data gathering and error correction etc
