Annihilate them personally, NO. Annihilate their tweets and other propaganda that they spew, ABSOLUTELY. - #climatechange #sciencematters Btw - Dilbert is pure genius, even though he is an engineer. All chemists, as I am, hate engineers in principle, bc they make more money. 🤓

Scott, I think the elevating the climate deniers to an equal playing field, as you are doing, is problematic and not helping with the cause of Saving the planet. Climate skeptics are nearly entirely non respected “scientists” who are bankrolled by the fossil fuel industry.

Why would top climate experts debate "top skeptics." No one cares that the climate deniers have to say. They have no new evidence to present.

You are so out of date. The discussion with skeptics has been over for decades. Only the old climate denier are left and they have no new science to present. Try to entry the 21st century. There is nothing to debate.

Climate change is science, NOT opinion & science says - US EIA: "Scientists know with virtual certainty that increasing greenhouse gas concentrations tend to warm the planet." - #climatechange #sciencematters

Do I judge the science? Nope, above my pay grade Do I judge the scientists? Nope, unless they sold their scientific souls to the denial devil. How do I judge climate science? The science is too complex for us mere mortals, so I trust the world's leading scientific organizations.

So you trust scientists who study how the mind is influenced?

I do find your tweets so cryptic. Are you playing word games? Are you introducing straw man arguments? Or is it a gotcha type of moment? In any case, as you know already, the science I refer to are the climate sciences. But overall, generally I trust the sciences generally.

He’s saying that scientists of the mind have proven that ideas like incentives, confirmation bias, etc. are real. They apply to this conversation. If you “trust scientists” then you have to apply that filter to this topic as well.

Scott, you can do the basic research yourself, no Ph.D. needed; simply go to your local weather bureau and request all climate records from the beginning for your area. If you can do basic math, you can average out the high & low temps by the week, month & year over year. ...

Do you notice a trend in your data? Is the monthly/yearly average temp going up, down, or no change? What about extreme temps? Are you seeing more of these per year or decade or no? How often are new temperature records set? Is this more or less often than previously? ...
