The Arctic sea ice melting scam is rapidly unraveling, as the ice expands and thickens. Quite predictably, climate experts are ramping up their lies about the Arctic. @ScottAdamsSays https://realclimatescience.com/2019/01/watching-the-arctic-sea-ice-scam-unravel/ …pic.twitter.com/XKuTip3Ppt

How many official sources say it is increasing and how many say decreasing? I need context.

Official sources predicted many years ago the Arctic ocean would be free of ice in the summers by now. Those claims have never come close to being true.

Check out this spin. Most of the "old ice" has melted and the rate of decrease has slowed. New ice is impacted more by weather than by effects of global warming. Did scientists just admit that the Earth has mechanisms to adapt to climate change? https://climate.nasa.gov/news/2817/with-thick-ice-gone-arctic-sea-ice-changes-more-slowly/ …

The NY Times ran a huge article a few years ago about how there would be new Arctic shipping lanes within a few years. When I read that I thought: Cool! That will save me a lot of money!

It is always either increasing or decreasing, Scott. It depends on the timescale you choose. There is much more ice now in the Arctic than what has been there for most of the last 8,000 years because it has been steadily cooling throughout the interglacial.

Evidence is worth a lot, but I’m not sure I trust a site that calls itself deplorable and does say where its data comes from.

For this information to be reliable you would definitely need to know particulars of studies, funding sources...Otherwise, this information not helpful.
