I would have to see Lindzen's data and video: Was it only from the US or was the data for the entire planet? Regionally you can have steep curves, while globally it may be more modest. Just like my 401K. My trend is always up, but I can get spikes either way. US is only 2% area

Let us assume for a moment that Heller is right, that the data adjustments for the US were leading to less accurate readings. Factor that in, and look at the global record. Will that be enough to have a downward trend globally? After all, US is a tiny part of the globe.

I would suggest that the "trillions of dollars... on the line" is the "motive that is possible but not in evidence" you cite in your previous Tweet.

The most recent adjustment involved calibrating the more-accurate NOAA buoy temperatures to warmer ship engines inlet temperatures...wiping out the "hiatus" or "pause". There's a lot more, but I'm only going to the edge of this rabbit hole.

An inadequate supply of energy in the future as a result of poorly thought out policy, would directly threaten billions of lives. I see no evidence to support your assumption that millions of lives are dependent on belief in the credibility of climate scientists.pic.twitter.com/tOcVpFYdyo

It's called skew-tistics to set a false baseline for dramatic effect.

Whether or not all adjustments are in the same direction is a red herring. Similarly motive is irrelevant. The question is whether the sum total of all adjustments fits the co2 curve. If this is a mass delusion, its likely largely accidental.

Here is the problem already and it’s directly associated with high energy prices based on bad decisions. https://business.financialpost.com/opinion/climate-policies-helped-put-54-million-europeans-into-energy-poverty-canadians-are-next …
