Question: Are walls immoral if they "don't work"? Pick an argument, please. Either they work and are immoral or they don't work and the only problem is a small waste of money.

CBP's engineers spoke, years ago. Their analysis is quite clear: The cost of maintaining physical barriers outside populated areas does not justify the relatively low number of crossings that they inhibit. They do "work", but they don't justify their cost.
