Higher sea levels, stronger hurricanes, increased salination, Droughts, floods, coastal erosion, and acidification of the oceans.
Even the skeptics agree it creates warming. The question is how much. That seems to be based on correlation with temperature plus some form of "We don't have any better ideas what could cause it."
