I'm not reading it, but I'll guess "No"

Why would you guess “No” if you didn’t read it? Could it be that you have an anti-science bias solely from second-hand opinions of a master persuader, or do you ever, like, think for yourself or read? Lowest common denominator, Scott? Really?

Pretty much. Weird Q.The climate assessment, or NCA4, uses a range of scenarios, not just a “worst” or “most extreme” scenario. The majority of the report uses two main scenarios, RCP8.5 as a “higher” scenario with more warming, and RCP4.5 as a “lower” scenario with less warming.

No, RCP 8.5 is another topic. It's not data. It's a future economic scenario used to try to predict future CO2 emissions. It's hilarious that someone is trying to defend it.

That is all well and good for gathering data going forward. It still does not explain how old data keeps getting adjusted over time. AND we had the dust bowl during the 1930s - which seems to be completely ignored by most modern researchers.

I didn't see anything there that says how temperatures were recorded or adjusted. Here's an idea. Show us all the models that were tried. Show us the ones that were and were not used. Show us all the variables and how they interact. Show us the variables that were discarded.
