I wish she didn’t say things like this. It’s beyond ignorant. It’s irrational. The entire military spend from 1789-2018 doesn’t even equal $21 Trillion.
Is this what @ScottAdamsSays calls being wrong in the right direction? I don’t think so.https://twitter.com/AOC/status/1069307293752279040 …

Does the degree of exaggeration ever discount the effectiveness? Yes the pentagon wastes money. Every org does. But her distortion is so severe it appears discrediting. I’m sure leftists feel the same about Trump’s distortions.

In this case, AOC succeeded in triggering you and many other Republicans and conservatives enough to get you to Tweet about it,
while at the same time pleasing her base
and getting both sides to focus on her agenda.
Mission accomplished.

There was a huge sum of money that couldn't be tracked down then 9/11 happened. I'll give you one guess where the records were stored. I agree there's no financial accountability for military intelligence largely because we can't know for national security.

Scott has recently been pointing out similarity of persuasion strategies of AOC & Trump. Eg make outrageous exaggerated statements (“directionally correct”) to own the headlines & audience attention.

Yes which is why I asked. And he graciously responded. This website is free!

But she isn't concerned about overspending. She's concerned about accountability. Is she still directionally accurate?
